Dear internauts,

In 2009, THEAM celebrates its 30th anniversary. Thanks to you, our company is still the leader on the mixer mounted concrete conveyor belt market, with more than 7600 conveyors sold worldwide.
In order to strengthen our leading position, we want to offer you a solution which is in adequacy with the current economic situation: efficient and profitable, innovative and performant.

Efficiency and Profitability of conveyor service
Services are the key to a better efficiency for customers and to a better profitability for managers. Thanks to a conveyor, you will save time and be efficient which will lead to an increased profitability of building sites, for users. A conveyor will also be interesting for its owner: by renting its conveyor, he will have additional revenues and his customers will be more satisfied.

Innovation at the heart of our strategy
Our strategy of innovation is closely linked to this particularly favorable situation. Thus, it gave us further credibility and reliability towards the world biggest companies.
We intend to painstakingly meet our customer requirements by offering safer and even more efficient conveyors. Hence, our latest innovation, the T3D15, has already seduced many companies in France and abroad thanks to its uniqueness. In addition to our telescopic technology, it features a brand new rotating chute that increases the delivery area by 35% compared to the same conveyor without rotating chute. Concrete can now be delivered in angles within shorter distance compared to standard conveyors (7m).

Finally, we want to establish even closer relations with our customers. Hence, we have decided to mark the next stage of our development by providing you with a richer and more attractive new website.

OUR BUSINESS

THEAM was founded in 1977 in Bouguenais, France. Ready-mixed concrete delivery on short and medium distance (up to 17m) is our core business. With a total control of this technology, we are expert in developing and manufacturing an innovative and performing equipment: the Mixer Mounted Concrete Conveyor Belt.

Ready-mixed concrete, sand, gravel, mortar… THEAM conveyors make handling on worksites much easier. Our conveyors allow to deliver concrete on a distance from 7 to 17 meters, at a level of 14 meters height (depending on the type of material) within a 310 degrees radius around the mixer truck.

With more than 7600 conveyor belts sold worldwide, THEAM leading position on its market guarantees to provide you with a trustworthy and significant experience.

COMPANY HISTORY

Theam - inventeur du tapis convoyeurAs a leader in the conveyor market, THEAM has shown years after years its strong capacity of innovation. Creator of the mixer mounted concrete conveyor belt, the THEAM Company has conducted tremendous efforts to bring to this technology the performance and reliability it needed to provide worksites with safety and ergonomics.

 

1977 :
- Creation of the concept. The first 10m conveyor was manufactured.

1980 :
- AL10 conveyor is launched.

1982 :
- Development of export sales in Europe and the U.S. where THEAM still has its leading position
- AL12 is launched

1985 :
- PR12 conveyor is launched
- Creation of the double rotation system to enable a 310 degrees delivery around the mixer truck

1987 :
- Development of the remote controlled system to increase conveyor safety and ergonomics

1989 :
- The telescopic range is launched featuring the TSR14
- The first high voltage lines detection system is developed

1992 :
- The first remote controller is bundled with a conveyor
- PG12 conveyor is launched

1994 :
- TS15 equipped with stabilisers introduces this option in our conveyor range
- TD16.5, the first double telescopic conveyor (3.8+1.2m) is launched

1998 :
- Development of the European patent
- Simple and double lateral stabilisers are launched

2000 :
- THEAM takes full control of its domestic market with an independent sales management
- 140 bars high pressure washers now equip our range of conveyors

2002 :
- TS13.2 and TSR15 are launched

2003 :
- TDL16.5, a lightweight double telescopic conveyor is launched.
   With its aluminum structure, it is 500kg lighter compared to the TD16.5 steel version

2004 :
- TSRL14 conveyor is launched
- The rotating system without chain is developed

2005 :
- A subsidiary is implemented in Germany
- AL8 and TS13 conveyors are launched
- The reinforced chain casing is launched

2006 :
- A subsidiary is established in Thailand
- Opening of offices in Italy, Spain and U.K.
- The TSM6 conveyor for aggregates is launched

2007 :
- T3D15 brand new conveyor is launched
- Opening of an office in Japan
- THEAM celebrates its 30th anniversary!

2010 :
- T3D12 conveyor is launched
